Welcome to Pipeline to Profit Blueprint. By accessing this website, purchasing services, enrolling in coaching, or participating in any programs provided by Rebecca “Lei” Jenkins, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Pipeline to Profit Blueprint provides coaching, consulting, educational resources, CRM guidance, sales strategy support, accountability coaching, business development training, and related services for professionals and businesses.
Results may vary based on individual effort, implementation, market conditions, and consistency.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While our strategies are designed to improve systems, organization, lead management, pipeline growth, and conversion performance, we do not guarantee specific financial results, income, closings, sales volume, licensing outcomes, or business success.
Client success depends on many factors including participation, execution, follow-through, and market conditions.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching materials, sessions, communities, CRM systems, or program resources.
Deposits secure your enrollment and reserved coaching space.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, training documents, templates, CRM workflows, strategies, videos, presentations, branding, and content provided by Rebecca “Lei” Jenkins and Pipeline to Profit Blueprint are intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, client information, strategies, and internal systems shared during coaching or consulting engagements.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions, legal compliance, licensing requirements, financial decisions, marketing activities, and implementation of strategies discussed during coaching.
Pipeline to Profit Blueprint does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
7. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Rebecca “Lei” Jenkins reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. COMMUNITY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Clients participating in group coaching, communities, workshops, or events are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior. Harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pipeline to Profit Blueprint and Rebecca “Lei” Jenkins shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, coaching, training materials, or business decisions made by clients.
10. MODIFICATIONS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
